One of my favorite stores ever!! The employees are helpful and friendly! They have lots of amazing things here! I always find something unique and interesting.
Bonnie, the manager, is always helpful and gives me her opinions and suggestions on furniture pieces. I don't mind waiting. The store is a treasure!
Arrived at the store at 9:30 a.m. to run in and grab some bedding items. Had a shopping cart full of items probably totaling more that $200. Waited in line for 10 minutes, with 1 cash register opened and up to 3 people standing around the cash register helping one customer. The manager was stocking the shelves, looked at me 3 times with no action. When I approached them and mentioned that I am leaving after standing in line for 10 minutes, there was no response other than "ok." I will spend my $ elsewhere where there is attention to customer service and more than 1 register open.
Has great stuff... I especially like the blankets and the comforter sets... Need more body mist and linnen sprays though...!!! :'( ~ AshleighH...
